A sneak peek

Creating a world premiere opera is fun - but it's REALLY fantastical when the action takes place in a Chocolate Factory. Here is a sneak peek into the rehearsals for "The Golden Ticket," which opens June 13th at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis. And this is without all the fabulous sets and costumes! I made this little "trailer", with permission from my lovely colleagues to appear in it. Enjoy!

This is so great! Thanks so much for sharing! :) It was so cool to see "a sneak peek" into this really interesting opera and it was fun to see you and your colleagues introduce their characters. You guys are hysterical! I'm sure it's going to be a great show.

I am salivating over this "trailer"! It kills me that I won't be able to see this...I live close to St. Louis but I won't be home during the run. Argh! It looks and sounds awesome.

And so you can make films, too? Great editing, Jennifer. My goodness but you are a talented woman! I hope they paid you for this. Looks like a wonderful new opera. Toi toi toi!

You are so talented. Does it bother you to have to deal with people like the local newsman in St. Louis who knows nothing about opera?
